U.K. grime rapper Wiley reignites his beef with Drake and even take some shots at Ed Sheeran.
Grime rapper Wiley went on a Twitter rant Wednesday calling out Drake for allegedly blocking his music from being released. We all know Drake has some affiliations in the U.K. music scene, and he and Wiley have exchanged words in the past. Back in April, Wiley accused the Canadian star of being a culture vulture in the U.K. Grime rap community, words that Drake brushed off in an interview. Early Wednesday morning Wiley was back at it, tweeting that Drizzy refuses to clear his song featuring dancehall artist Popcaan and Drakes fellow Young Money labelmate Nicki Minaj.
“I’m being held back cos @Drake obviously ain’t clearing @PopcaanMusic and @NickiMinaj is going to start her family … it’s a dead end,” he said. Popcaan signed with OVO Sound last year.

The shade didn’t stop there. Wiley then warned other artists not to sign with OVO as they would be set up to fail.
“Don’t ever sign to @OVOSound they give you sh*t record deals and your only there to help @Drake with songs to keep him up and you down. Set up for you to fail,” the British MC said. He doubled down on his stance saying, “I was right @Drake culture vulture.”
Wiley teased an unmixed version of a song titled “Bad Like We” earlier this summer with Nicki Minaj and Popcaan, but the official record was never released. Wiley is said to be a central player in the creation of U.K. Grime rap and is often referred to as the “Godfather of Grime.”

While going on a Twitter rant about Drake, Wiley takes aim at British singer Ed Sheeran calling him a culture vulture also. It’s unclear what his grouses are with Sheeran, but last month he appeared to taunt the singer over a remix with Stormzy.
@Drake @edsheeran The 2 worse culture vultures on this planet
