Another One. DJ Khaled unleashed the visuals for “Weather The Storm” featuring Meek Mill and Lil Baby.
The cut is featured on his new album, Father Of Asahd, released on Friday (May 17). The black-and-white video was co-directed by Eif Rivera and DJ Khaled, while the track serves as an anthem for overcoming all odds. The cut kicks off with Meek Mill rapping some powerful lyrics while a church choir provides some breathtaking harmony.
“We been through the worst / Them situations we can never mention,” Meek raps. If there is any rapper who’ve been through hardships in the height of there career, it’s Meek Mill. After getting sentenced to prison for violating his probation by popping a wheelie in the streets, Meek then had to fight a judge with a vendetta against him. The Philly rapper is now using his platform to fight for criminal justice reform.
DJ Khaled already released more than half a dozen videos off the album including the video for “Holy Mountain” featuring Buju Banton, Sizzla, and 070 Shake.
