Mavado is doing it big and not just Jamaica, but globally big. The Gully Gad is in the studio working with one of the biggest producers in hip-hop, Pharrell Williams.
Sources close to the dancehall singjay told Urban Islandz that he is busy recording his upcoming album on the Cash Money label, due later this year.

“Vado is working on his new album that’s going to be sick,” the source said. “With collaborations from some big name producers and artists in hip-hop, along with local producers, the album will revolutionize how we produce dancehall albums. All the singles are well produced and a lot of time and effort is invested in them.”
Mavado tweeted a photo of himself, Pharrell Williams, and fellow N.E.R.D. producer Chad Hugo. Pharell is best known for producing mega hit songs for the likes of Snoop Dogg, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Britney Spears, Madonna, Nelly, Shakira, Akon and many more.
