Reality TV in Jamaica is beginning to heat up, as the popular CVM series the anchor climaxes, the Digicel rising stars is schedule to kick off.
On Monday night, one person will walk away with $500,000 plus a contract with CVM-TV. The anchor started out with 250 applicants and span over 12 weeks of stiff competition, leaving only two.
The two left standing come from different ends of the spectrum. Bertina McCauley has long established a public persona as one of the lead actresses on The Blackburns of Royal Palm Estate. She faces off against a young university student – Tamara McKayle who has just enrolled in Carimac.
The Jamaican public vote results will be aired on CVM TV on Monday.
