Philip ‘Fattis’ Burrell Head Of Xterminator Is Dead

Head of Xtermintor Records and record producer, Philip ‘Fattis’ Burrell, has died.

According to reports, Fattis slipped into a coma over the weekend after being hospitalized for two weeks due to a mild stroke. He was admitted t the University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) Mona.

Up to the time of his death Fattis was the manager for reggae icon Sizzla Kalonji. He also played a significant role in the success of other music veterans like Luciano, Pinchers, Thriller U and Sanchez.

Fattis has also worked with several other reggae music’s veterans including Beres Hammond, Frankie Paul, Gregory Isaacs, Charlie Chaplin, Capelton, Cocoa Tea, Gentleman and Ini Kamoze.

Philip ‘Fattis’ Burrell family wishes to thank friends, well-wishers and the staff at the UHWI for their care and support and asks for prayers at this time.
